How do you calculate peptide reconstitution concentration?

Divide the milligrams of lyophilized material in the vial by the milliliters of bacteriostatic water added. For example, 10 mg reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives a concentration of 5 mg/mL (5,000 mcg/mL). For laboratory research reference only.

What does a syringe unit measure after reconstitution?

On a U-100 graduated syringe, one unit equals 0.01 mL. Multiply the concentration in mcg/mL by 0.01 to get the amount of material in one unit of solution — a measurement reference for laboratory use only.
